Kayosoft Inc. is a Ugandan software company that specializes in customised webapplications and android apps. Kayosoft was founded in 2017 by Kalumba Jalaludin while he was a bachelor’s student at Lira University in Lira Uganda. He owns 60 percent of its shares and control 80 percent of the stockholder voting power through supervoting stock. An initial public offering (IPO) took place on August 19, 2018. In August 2018, Kayosoft announced plans to reorganize its various interests as a conglomerate called Kayosp Inc.
