Our products are action recommendations based on deep organizational research and analysis, building the capacity of institutional officers, business managers, accountants, sales executives in the private sector in Uganda and East Africa, through practical training, information dissemination, and advisory services. Our general target clientele are growing companies, start-ups, established organizations in the private sector, and the youth and women entrepreneurs in the private sector. Our style is to work closely with the client and keep them informed of how their assignment is going and keep them in the know of how the newly developed strategies will be implemented and kept in line with their original focus. We maintain our client’s goals by reminding them of their purpose and keep these in line with their future aspirations. We aim to increase the client’s knowledge and practical skills by tasking them to think deeper and harder about their companies and thus develop long lasting strategies that will enable them to grow their companies beyond what they thought possible.
