The company was set up in 2000 by 4 family members to act as the business arm of the family members. In 2002, it started doing some work in Kampala and Entebbe until 2003 when the operations were suspended because the employees started colluding with employers to defraud the government of the revenue. Directors decided to suspend all operations ntil such a time when they would all come together and devout their time to business. The operations are still suspended but hope to restart in 2015 when most of the share holders will have time.
