Save the marginalized is community based organization which is nonprofit oriented registered under NB.CD/2499 but with the aim of improving people lives. STM Ugandastarted as small project in 2007whoever we have now turned it into non-government organization in eastern region The organization started as result of group of youth who carried out research of social economic development around the community STMwas found with a major aim of fighting HIV/AIDS & Poverty among the Orphan & Vulnerable Children, Youths, disabled and the marginalized in different aspects. STM is running its project in line with the governmentdirectives’ of attaining the millennium development goals and is in mornings of its existence. The problem has been traced from the local people’s response to the Show more infection of the disease and poverty levels which explain the increase in rapt spread of HIV/aids of money to access condoms for survival LOCATIONS The organization is located in the eastern part of Uganda Kamuli district Bugabula county, kitayunjwasub county , Busota parish kabuky village Vision: Society free of oppression, suppression, poverty and HIV AIDS The mission; To bring the dreams of the marginalized into reality and equality among the women and children.and people with special need Enable marginalized to realize their rights and reduce inequality. Through economic empowerment The objectives; 1 To improve on the health of people with HIV aids in community but more so the disabled and those who have been affected. 2 To enforce gender equality and fight for their rights and implement the work on the ground. 3 To improve the life of orphans and those burdened by their Parents To improve and protect the environment and the echo system and biodiversity 4 Improve the levels of education among the people and improves cheap education 5 To improve the welfare and social – economic development of elderly women and their orphaned children through provision services. . 6 Poverty eradication through advanced modern agriculture methods.microfanance.
